The whole thing in five steps
From "did everybody get the memo?" to a signed receipt.
CrewAck does one job well: get the trades who need to be there to acknowledge a delivery, lift, or pour — and capture every response in a trail you can hand to anyone who asks.
-
The GC creates an event and picks recipients
Type (crane lift, critical delivery, concrete pour, or other), site, date and time, location, and notes. Then pick the trades from your contact list — each contact is a person tied to a trade, like "rodbusters foreman."
-
CrewAck emails each one a unique magic link
Every recipient gets their own signed token in a private link — no app, no login, no password. Email-first SMS is a planned fast-follow; the MVP sends over email.
-
The sub taps the link and sees only their event
One mobile web page, built to load on bad jobsite signal. They tap Confirm, Decline, or leave a Comment — and can add their name. They never see anyone else's event or anyone else's response.
-
Every action writes to an append-only audit log
Opened, confirmed, declined, commented — each one is stamped with the time and the address the link was bound to. The log can never be edited or deleted; that's what makes it a receipt of record, not a status field.
-
The GC watches a live status grid and exports the trail
See at a glance who viewed, who confirmed, who declined, and who's gone silent. Resend to the silent ones with one tap, and export the whole receipt to PDF or CSV when you need a paper trail.
No native app is needed — the sub's entire experience is a web page. The MVP is email-first; SMS ships as a fast-follow without changing how any of this works.
